Order Policies Details
Quotes
Quotes are handled by phone, fax, or e-mail. Non-Standard typestyles, special designs, or logos must be faxed to ensure accurate pricing. Quotes are typically completed within 1 hour.
Artwork
Artwork must be supplied in vector format using one of the following file types: eps, ai, pdf, cdr or dxf.
Patterns
Full size installation patterns are included with every order. Standard fonts and imported information can be made into full size patterns. We can not provide full size patterns from scanned art.
Paint
Painting prices are based on standard colors. There is no additional cost for custom color matches. When placing an order, please specify paint color, finish (gloss, semi-gloss, or matte), and PMS number. For greatest color and finish accuracy, send a sample with order information.
Special Designs
Every sign we build is custom, special designs are welcome.
Large Letters
We can make letters as large as 12'.
Shipping
Prices are FOB — Hudson, Florida.
Delivery
Your signage will be given a shipment date on the day your completed purchase order is received.
Warranty
Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one full year. This warranty does not include freight charges both ways, and does not include labor for removal or reinstallation.
Terms
Our terms are 50% with order balance C.O.D. Discover, MasterCard and Visa accepted.
Other Common Questions - Answers
Do you provide all electrical equipment necessary?
We supply all electrical components, necessary for installation, with all UL Listed channel letters. We do not, however, supply what is needed for final connection to the electrical supply.
